Common situations

Perhaps you are in one of these cases

Work visas & relocation

Many countries require a recent police clearance, translated and often apostilled or legalized. We handle everything in a single, coordinated process, within your visa deadline.

Foreign record for a French procedure

Naturalisation, licences, employment: if you have lived abroad, French authorities may ask for that country's record, translated into French. We take care of it.

Tight deadlines

Criminal records are often valid for only three or six months. Our 24-hour express service keeps you within the tightest timelines.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, answered

Will my translation be accepted?
Yes. Our translations are produced by sworn translators registered with the French Courts of Appeal; they bear a stamp, signature and certification wording — exactly what French prefectures, courts, notaries, consulates and universities require, and what foreign authorities expect from a French certified translation.
How long does it take?
For a simple document, the translation can often be completed within 24 to 72 hours. If your deadline is close, tell us: our express service handles urgent files as a priority.
My record must be apostilled — in what order should things be done?
The order depends on the destination country, and getting it wrong is a classic cause of rejected files. Don't puzzle over it: tell us the country and we complete translation and apostille in the right order, in one process.
Do I need to bring the original?
A clear copy or photo of the document is enough for the quote and to prepare the translation. Originals must be produced with the certified translations. You can also simply drop everything off at our Champs-Élysées office, no appointment needed.
